Trainer fundamentals

Facilitation

This module focuses on honing the art of facilitation, empowering trainers to create dynamic learning environments through adept questioning techniques. Coaching

JCI MAR A SAFE SPACE TO LEARN.

JCI Mongolia Academy in Romania was created in 2023 through a twinning agreement between JCI Romania and JCI Mongolia. A common mission unites the trainers to enhance their skills, train themselves, and provide development opportunities for 500,000 members, enabling them to become global leaders and trainers.

It has been a privilege for JCI Mongolia Academy to share its expertise on a global stage since 2018. Each year, they identify trainers who have demonstrated exceptional abilities through a rigorous selection process. In 2023, their distinguished trainers offered highly successful training sessions at a variety of international conferences, including the JCI Asia & Pacific Conference, European Conference, JCI Africa & the Middle East Conference, and World Congress.

JCI Mongolia Academy, which is operated under the umbrella of JCI Mongolia, is dedicated to providing soft skills training initiatives to support personal growth and development among members and others.
